Getting Started

What is Appointment Suites?

Appointment Suites is a mobile-first platform for self-care professionals that combines a public business website, online booking, client management, verified reviews, payments, and an online storefront in one place.

Who is Appointment Suites built for?

It is built for barbers, barbershops, nail techs, salons, estheticians, hairstylists, lash and brow professionals, makeup artists, and other self-care businesses that want one system for booking and growth.

Do I need to download an app to use it?

No. Professionals and clients can use Appointment Suites in the browser, and the experience is designed to work well on phones. Installation is optional when the browser supports it.

Clear pricing

Pricing And Billing

How much does Appointment Suites cost?

Public plans currently start at $10 per month for Basic, $20 for Growth, $35 for Shop, and $69 for Multi-location. Current pricing and any founder offer availability are shown on the pricing page.

Do you charge my clients booking fees?

No. Appointment Suites is designed around transparent pricing for the business, not surprise platform booking fees for your clients.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Tenant owners and billing-authorized admins can manage cancellation from the billing area. When applicable, cancellation can be scheduled for the end of the current billing period instead of cutting access off immediately.

Hands-on help

Setup And Migration

Do you offer setup help?

Yes. New professionals can request white-glove setup help for branding, services, availability, portfolio setup, booking policies, and payment guidance. You can request help before or after creating your account, and you do not need a credit card just to ask for setup help.

Do I need to create an account before requesting setup help?

No. You can request setup help first and create the account during the guided setup process, or you can sign up beforehand if you prefer.

Can you help me move data from another platform?

Yes. Appointment Suites supports guided imports and white-glove migration help for services, customers, staff, hours, and supported future appointments from common exports such as Square, Acuity, Vagaro, Booksy, theCut, and generic CSV files.

What if I am not tech-savvy?

That is exactly why the setup-help flow exists. The platform is built mobile-first, and the team can help you get your account, services, and booking website set up without requiring technical experience.

Get paid your way

Payments And Online Sales

Can I use my own payment setup for customer payments?

Yes. Tenant payment setup is kept separate from Appointment Suites platform subscription billing. Depending on your configuration, you can connect tenant-owned payment options such as Stripe onboarding, Stripe or PayPal payment links, Cash App payment links, or Zelle details.

Can I sell products from the same site customers use to book?

Yes. Eligible plans can publish a storefront on the same public business profile so customers can browse products, add items to a cart, and complete checkout without being forced into an appointment booking flow.

Can I collect deposits or full payments online?

Yes. Appointment Suites supports deposit and payment workflows so professionals can collect money online while keeping payment history and subscription billing separate.

Scale with confidence

Growth And Team Features

Can my team or multiple locations use Appointment Suites?

Yes. Team and multi-location support depend on plan entitlements. Shop adds team-ready workflows, and Multi-location is designed for businesses managing more than one location under the same account.

Do you have a referral program for professionals?

Yes. Eligible professionals receive a referral link and QR-ready sharing tools. When a referred professional subscribes and remains active for the required period, the referring business earns the configured reward.

Can I collect reviews and show my work publicly?

Yes. Public profiles can include portfolio media, Appointment Suites verified reviews tied to completed appointments, and separately labeled Google reviews when a Google Business Profile connection is available.

Need help beyond the FAQ?

If you want help choosing the right plan, migrating from another platform, or setting up your profile, services, and availability, the white-glove setup flow is ready for you.
